The service was excellent when my buddies and I visited the Spirit Airlines Hartford Office before our Florida trip. Our reservation needed to be changed, and the team cheerfully and promptly handled it. They made sure we knew about all the latest travel details and even helped us choose better seats. There was very little waiting time, and the office was spotless. Everyone was really positive as we left, and it was simply such a hassle-free experience. Our trip plans were made less hectic and more pleasurable by the Spirit Airlines staff in Hartford.
